7DSD Day 1

7DSD Day 1 --- January 5,2014

Yikes!
I did not get it right today y'all!
I made some mistakes that trickled down during the day and prevented me from fully following the schedule.

My first mistake was that I woke up too late which threw off the  timing of the meals. I need to get up earlier, preferably 7:30 or earlier so that I can time the meals out the way they're intended. I ate breakfast around noon, which meant that I was hungry by the time the afternoon workout came around and so I put off the workout so I could eat. I do not want to skip any meals. I'm really interested in seeing how hungry I am if I have the fruit and the snacks as they suggest, in between the meals. We'll see.  I need to go to bed earlier.

I'm not sure but I'm considering both workouts in the morning because I feel like things get in the way if I put it off. I understand that the Bootycall is supposed to be a quick jolt to the metabolism but now i'm thinking maybe I might be a "morning worker-outer" after all! I'll see how it goes for day two.

My second mistake was not preparing things the night before. I thought I'd just get up and get in my clothes and out the door but it wasn't like that. I stopped to find out my heat rate range and resting heart rate and all that and it took way longer than I expected. So tonight before I go to bed I'm going to make sure that I have what I need laid out so that I don't hold myself back in the morning.

My third mistake was not filling out the journal. I need to keep track of what I ate and when I ate it and I need to remind myself of the things I need throughout the day. For example, I forgot the Meta-D today. I want to take it at breakfast everyday.

So tomorrow is another day. I've already scheduled my meals and created a tracker for my water. I just need to get up and do it.
